There is the big water tank behind the bar (first and second floor), though, and a lot of Sims tend to like to take a dip in it, including a couple while my Sim was on the lot. Since it's the Port-a-Party Warehouse lot, I sent my Sim over to see what was what and there is no pool on the lot.
